Ready to engage in mindful, wholehearted, powerful leadership initiatives that elevate the way you work?

Let's create a world of goodness together.

From the personal to the institutional, everywhere we look, it seems that the established systems and structures that we used to rely on are shifting, crumbling, and collapsing, causing many to wonder if we have arrived at the end of the world as we know it.

Business (politics, economics, religion, or education) as usual is not sustainable, or even desirable anymore.

Now, more than ever, the world needs wise, compassionate, powerful human beings who refuse to accept looking good as a substitute for actually being and doing good.

We need people who are better prepared to address the challenges of living in a world that increasingly shreds our notions of normalcy.

Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

We need leaders equipped to face hard truths, worthy of trust, and capable of (re)negotiating the terms of how we live, work, and play together for a better future.

We need leadership that is not only profitable, but principled.

Because the world needs us to become the best of who we are to address the worst of who we are.

If you want to develop your individual or organizational leadership capacity to navigate the complexity, uncertainty, and urgency of these times, let’s connect.

One-to-One Sessions

Our work together involves a potent blend of insight-oriented exploration, present-centered support, and results-driven strategy.

I support your most meaningful intentions with dedicated time and space, focused attention, and a veritable treasure trove of useful perspectives and practices.

Together, we co-create the conditions you need to immerse yourself in your best process for generating optimal outcomes.

How We Work

STEP 1: BOOK YOUR INITIAL SESSION

Our first session serves as an opportunity to clarify your goals and map the overall course of our work together, assuming we’re a good fit.

Please keep in mind that I only work with a limited number of seriously awesome, committed clients at any given time. This keeps me sane, healthy, and best of all, fully attentive to you. If you want to work together, get your sessions on my calendar sooner rather than later.

Confidential sessions are held in-person, or online via video-conferencing. For video-conferencing sessions, please arrange to be in a quiet, private space where you will be uninterrupted and undistracted (no driving, texting, checking messages, eating, etc.) during the session.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR NEXT SESSIONS

Most clients work with me for no fewer than seven sessions over the course of three to six months, but how often we meet depends on our mutual availability and the nature of our work together.

If we’ve already had an introductory session and decided that we’re a good fit, please feel free to book your next session at the regular rate, or book seven sessions at a package rate.

Workshops & Retreats

I also offer customized workshops and retreats using a variety of collaborative methods to generate valid information, valuable insights, genuine connections, firm commitments, and positive results. Ultimately, how we work together depends on your intention, disposition, and situation.

If you would like to host, sponsor, or partner with me to facilitate a F2F or online coaching event, course, workshop, salon, retreat, or conference module for your leaders, please get in touch—I would love to connect and discuss how we might work together.
