This is a weekly F2F silent sitting meditation for folks who want to sit together regularly and amplify each other's practice.

This is primarily for experienced (or self-directed beginning) practitioners who are committed to showing up on a regular basis for peer-to-peer hosted (not guided) practice.
All silent practice traditions welcome as long as you're committed to sitting silently for the duration of each practice.
No experience required, but please come prepared to guide your own practice. There will be a brief 15-minute period at the end of each session for people to connect, ask questions, and share with each other as inspired, but no formal instruction offered.
I will have a few throw pillows, bolsters, and chairs available for those who may need these, but please bring what you need. The room temperature is generally somewhere between 68-70°, so plan accordingly for your comfort.
Weekly Fridays, 7:45am-8:45am, beginning January 26th. The group will stay open to new members through February 23, at which time we will likely become a closed group.
7:45-7:55am - Arrive promptly at 7:45am. Remove shoes. Enter space. Sit. Settle.
7:55-8:30am - Bells ring (7:55am). Begin practice. Sit. Bells ring (8:30am). End practice.
8:30-8:45am - Converse. Commune. Linger, as desired. Depart promptly at 8:45am, or at 8:30am if you prefer not to mix and mingle.
